A world of mindfulness learned from ZEN…What did a global IT company seek out in this world?

Have you ever seen your MIND*HEART before?

Nonetheless, you often use the word [MIND* HEART].

  • My heart was hurt,
    • My heart is wrapped in a heavy atmosphere
      • My heart managed to recover somehow
  • Also at one point
    • Heart is about to expire
      • As one says heart will rejoice.

Are not you always heavily influenced by this world that you believe what you see and do not believe what you can not see, you are strangely influenced by words that do not have a heart.

「What is MIND?」

Actually, I am also one person who was influenced by the word heart.

So in order to pursue this heart, I have autobiographies of successful people such as psychology, physics, economics, ZEN studies, cosmology, religious studies, brain science, brain physiology, coaching books, Steve Jobs, Kyocera Mr.Inamori’s book, Health Psychology, Meditation, Yoga, Philosophy, Tibetan Buddhism, Zen Buddhist Written by Hundreds of Hundreds, etc.

MIND*HEART

I read it really well. I even read myself an incredible book, I am not proud. To the best of our ability to pursue what Heart is…

One day, when reading a book ‘That”, suddenly inspiration from heaven struck me like a lightning-fire.

In books I read , I do not say everything but most do not say the importance of breath.
Even so , by chance, people in experts in their respective fields.
I , this time I realized that the key to unraveling Heart is probably Breath.

Please cherish your exhaling breath, please cherish your exhalation breath.
The ZAZEN arranges its seat by adjusting, and centering.
Tone adjustment…. Prepare dressing body, conditioning….breath, arrange, alignment…
Arrange your mind. Its impossible to arrange from alignment.

There is an order. Even from this order its said that if you can tune and sigh, nature and mind will be in place. Now that ZAZEN breathing method has been proved by science, its to say that Breath is not just Breath. As I mentioned before, I write my breath as my own heart. Breath means that it becomes the best means to adjust yourself.

At this time, I was convinced that the key to solving Heart is in Breath. So what is ZAZEN…..

Shogenji

For all external reasons of right and wrong, the thought of the mind does not occur is called Sitting( ZA).
Inside is ZEN that the heart is immovable, seeing the trueness of self.

If you can reach this point, you probably will say that Understanding = Knowing your heart. However, in our hearts always obsession occurs.
That is an undeniable truth. Looking at this KANJI called delusion, there is a word delusion in the ZEN language using delusion, but the meaning is there is no discrimination in mind.

Just…. That is the mind of now. The way to throw away these various delusions is ZAZEN that values Breath. I have no choice but to experience this.

ZEN cherish the present. I will put everything on living for now. It's all NOW.
Your seriousness will change your life unless you face yourself now.
To make that chance is to know the importance of this Breath. Tone adjustment/ reminding/ alignment. This will be magic investigation to change the flow of your life. ZAZEN is one way to make Breath conscious like this. You can walk life that is not influenced by surroundings. You can find your own self. You can find unknown power.You have that ability. Mindfulness…You notice the importance of this Breath.

I am grateful for what you have read so far. I studied ZEN studies regularly at the university , but I am not in a position as a priest. So I am close to you.

How to make ZAZEN

Zazen

1.Tone adjustment
